PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Cosmo needed some short videos made for social media channels as a quick introduction to the brand and their principles. Cosmo’s community focus and sustainability values are particularly interesting to me. Quite often, doing business can be used as some sort of justification for not considering the environment or ignoring a community’s needs, as if making a buck is the priority above all else. Ian thinks very differently. He runs Cosmo as if it were a member of a community. Cosmo draws inspiration and collaboration from the community, gives back to the community and as a result, benefits from it. I spent 3 days following Ian through his daily routines and identified a few common themes which evolved into 5 subjects and mini-episodes. Hopefully, encapsulating the brand in easily digestible pieces.
